The Construction Products Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 (CPR) has been fully in force since July 1, 2013. It replaces the previous Construction Products Directive and regulates the placing on the market of construction products and the information on their performance. Construction products placed on the market in the European Union after July 1, 2013 must comply with the Construction Products Regulation.
